Looking for a space to host your team for Team Parties or spontaneous team meals and
celebrations in Cooperstown, NY? Cooper’s Barn is perfect for teams visiting Dreams Park or All-Star Village. Our venue offers several spacious tents and additional open tables, as well as games and entertainment for everyone.

You can reserve a time slot in our large Team Tent (seats 60+) to ensure a private space for
your team. Or if you prefer flexibility and spontaneity – bring your team at any time and enjoy
our other 2 tents with plenty of open seating. We are accustomed to hosting several teams at a
time.

FAqs about team Parties

Do we need a reservation to bring our team to Cooper’s Barn?

No, a reservation is not required to bring your team. Teams frequently come without a
reservation and enjoy our 2 tents with plenty of open seating for your group. The tents and
open seating are available on a first come first serve basis - food and drinks can be ordered at our Food Shack window.

Is there any space we can reserve to ensure seating for our group or Team Party?

Yes, we have a large Team Tent (seats 60+) that can be reserved in advance.

How many people can the team tent accommodate?

We can accommodate 60+ people.

Do you provide tables, chairs, or other equipment with the rental?

Yes, we provide tables, chairs, and food with the rental. Additionally, heaters and side walls are available to ensure your event is comfortable and well-equipped!

What are the rates and payment options?

Our team tent reservations require a $100 deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your food. The tent rental is available for a minimum of 20 people. We’ll need a credit card on file to hold your reservation; however, your card will only be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.

How long can we reserve the team tent for?

We have 4 time slots per day. Our time slots are 11:30PM, 2PM, 5PM and 7:30PM,.

Can we bring our own food or is food from your restaurant required?

We allow groups to bring a special celebration cake or treat but we do not permit any other outside food or beverages.

What type of food packages do you offer for teams?

We have 2 types of pre-order food for your group. If you are reserving our large team tent. please see the food pre order forms above.

How far in advance do we need to book the tent?

To ensure your preferred time is available, we recommend booking the tent as early as possible. If your schedule changes, we’re happy to adjust your reservation based on our availability.

What is the cancellation policy for tent reservations?

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the deposit will not be refundable.

Are games available?

Games are available for everyone at Cooper's Barn. You’re welcome to use our games, but please note they are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
