Cooper's Barn is the dream and vision of owners Bob Snyder and Trish Rost. The couple live in the village of Cooperstown and love the small town atmosphere that Cooperstown offers, year round.

However, summer is their favorite season when they welcome the many visitors who journey to Cooperstown for baseball and many other summer activities. It's their greatest delight to see others enjoy all the beauty, character, and simplicity of their beloved Cooperstown.

Bob and Trish acquired Cooper's Barn, formerly The Penguin, in 2019. They purchased the business based on it's incredible reputation for outstanding ice cream, and have continued that winning ice cream formula.
In the years since, the couple have invested in the business, and expanded the property to additionally serve food, beer & wine, and offer outdoor games for the young, and young at heart to enjoy.
